HAMPTON BUILDING COMPANY was created by Dale J. Giera to provide a level of service and personal attention beyond the expectations of our clients. Dale has been in the home building business for 30 years: first as a carpenter in all phases of construction, from framing to finish work, cabinet making to furniture building. In 2000, Dale sold his home building company of 13 years, having completed nearly 300 homes in the Triangle area, all price ranges ($200,000 to $5,000,000). Dale created HAMPTON CLASSIC HOMES to concentrate on building a few select homes each year with the following mission statement: To build homes with the awareness that the process is an emotional as well as financial investment for the client. Proper planning and communication before construction begins provides a solid foundation for the builder ~ client relationship. "VALUE ADDED" building means that the HAMPTON BUILDING COMPANY staff endeavors to exceed all expectations of the client.
